GREENSCAM
DOING IT TO US AGAIN |
|||||
| Can you believe it? Alan Greenspan claims that the government has got to do something about skyrocketing deficits and reducing the benefits of Social Security is the way to do it. Raising taxes is not an option. The retirement system that produced a surplus of $98.7 billion in 2001, $89 billion in 2002, and $82 billion last year, fiscal 2003a grand total of $270 billion that the government has stolen in the last three yearsneeds to decrease its payouts in order to further help the government out of its mess. What a crock. Of course, the loyal media and the millionaire monitor readers get this all screwed up and interpret it as something only a non-politician could suggest in an election year. To them, any candidate would be crazy to take on a "hot potato" like the third rail Social Security system at this time when the truth is that's exactly what we need. Anyone who really wanted to be elected would not only take-on the way our supplemental retirement money is being ripped off but would also expose the malfeasance involved with phony trust funds and the fact that almost half of the national debt could be eliminated by getting rid of federal fraud. That is not going to happen without the taxpaying public storming the Bastille or otherwise raising a tremendous raucous. Everyone in the country should be writing or calling their Congress critters, as well as the talking heads of media, demanding an explanation of how the two Social Security trust funds (the Federal Old Age & Survivors Insurance and the Federal Disability Insurance trust funds) became 22 percent of the national debt. Of course, you could frame this question politely but firmly in your own words. Believe me, if our representatives were asked to explain this it would scare the hell out of them. They will only respond to their own constituents, but I would be glad to help anyone follow up on the crazy fabricated answers they get. The pirates really haven't a leg to stand on. You would be surprised what effect letters and email can have. I've seen major corporations turn on a single letter the President of a company received from one authentic customer. Short of a revolution, march on Washington, expensive lawsuit, petition or some other action like getting rid of them all, this is one of the best things we can all do. You can do it by email by going to Thomas on the internet and looking up your representatives in the House and Senate directories. If they respond to you by email simply hit the "forward" button and send me a copy at ctzcrank@mindspring.com. I'll get back to you within a day or two. Simply ask your representatives for a satisfactory explanation of how the Social Security trust funds become 22 percent of the national debt? That will do it. For your information, you should also know that it was Alan Greenspan who convinced Bill Clinton to illegally launder the national debt using your retirement money.
