HANG MARTHA
THEN BOW TO GEORGE AND DICK
In yet another act of supreme hypocrisy, the Bush administration is dead set on punishing the domestic diva, Martha Stewart, for doing the same thing that both our President and Vice President have done, insider trading or selling stock just before it plunged. The difference is that Martha didn't have permission and doesn't belong to the Skull & Bones Society.

What's that, you haven't heard of the Skull & Bones Society? It's a cabal of the most powerful movers and shakers. A group that's so secret they are all sworn to never admit under any circumstances that they belong to it. They recognize each other with secret handshakes and signs like rubbing or picking their noses and coughing, sneezing, or breaking wind at appropriate moments. Conspiracy theorists claim that they run the country along with the Council on Foreign Relations, the Bildebergers, the Tri-Lateral Commission, and the Illuminati of which they're all probably members anyway.

Somebody must be permitting our elected lawmakers in Washington to flagrantly flaunt their own rules, run the Constitution in the ground, and steal our money. Somebody besides the sleepwalking and sidetracked public or those waiting for divine intervention.

Having learned from the masters, we've gone through dozens of major corporations caught crooking the books, lying about indebtedness, falsifying their profit picture, and causing financial grief to their employees and stockholders. And there's a lot more to come, not only from other corporations but with big pension houses that do not have the resources to meet their obligations.

But is anyone beating on the Beltway Bandits for their crimes? Are we taking our elected representatives to task? It's said that the Security and Exchange Commission must leave no stone unturned, but does this apply to the government itself? Obviously not.

All anyone has to do is to look at the way they define deficits, surpluses, debt, trust funds, and watch the direction money flows. It all defies logic and common sense. And we don't even make them explain how the Social Security Trust Funds became 21.4 percent of the national debt.

I'm sorry, but the fraud and deception committed regularly by the federal government in the hundreds of billions has gone beyond common crime. Its tyranny and the perpetrators as far back as 1983 should all be in jail. When one entire side of the national debt, more than $2.6 trillion, can be written off as fraudulent—there's something seriously wrong with justice in this country.

So let's hang Martha Stewart. Then we can all fall down on our hands and knees and worship our masters in Washington. And don't forget to empty your pockets when the basket comes around. If you don't, if you even question their integrity, it could mean war.
